By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Moments of Marriage Photography LLC provides professional wedding photography and videography services as outlined in your service contract.

2. Booking and Payment

A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your wedding date. Full payment is due 30 days before your wedding date. Late payments may result in service cancellation.

3. Service Delivery

We will deliver your edited photos within 2-4 weeks after your wedding. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee. All images are professionally edited and color-corrected.

4. Copyright and Usage

We retain copyright to all images but grant you personal usage rights. You may print and share images for personal use. Commercial use requires written permission.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the wedding date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 90 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We carry professional liability insurance and will make every effort to deliver exceptional service.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control including weather, venue restrictions, or other unforeseen events that may affect service delivery.
